Mr. Frederick Frank is Vice Chairman and a Director of Lehman Brothers
Inc. (NYSE: LEH). Mr. Frank has provided investment banking services
to a host of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical
device and nutraceutical industries, and has been involved in hundreds
of financings and merger and acquisition transactions in the health
care field. In 1998, Mr. Frank was honored for Outstanding Contributions
in the Field of Immunology by the Irvington Institute for Immunological
Research, and, in 1997, he received the Biotech Meeting at Laguna
Niguel Hall of Fame Award for Special Recognition for an Individual.
Mr. Frank is Chairman of the National Genetics Foundation, a Member
of the Salk Institute National Council and a Director of the Salk

Mr. Stark has over 25 years of operating experience, having held
numerous executive positions with world leading technology companies
such as Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) and MMC Networks (NASDAQ: MMCN). Until
recently, Mr. Stark was the General Manager of Intel Israel, having
various technical and managerial roles. Mr. Stark was the General
Manager of MMC Networks Israel where he was instrumental in building

for the Israeli operation including: HR, technology, legal, and
financial matters. In August 2000, MMC Networks was acquired by

Prof. Kronzon is a world renowned opinion leader in the area of
Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. Professor Kronzon
has been a Professor of Medicine at the New York University School
of Medicine with Permanent Tenure since 1992 and a Senior Professor
by Special Appointment at Tel Aviv University since 1996. Professor
Kronzon has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors from
some of the world's most prestigious institutions including: Avraham
Ticho Award in Ophthalmology; Honorable Mention by American Medical
